A site is not able to have incoming line mode Telnet sessions to VM.
TN3270 works fine.  Outgoing line mode Telnet sessions from VM works
fine.  Just incoming line mode doesn't work.  The system is HPO 5.0
SLU 515.  Are there any CP PTFs that are needed that I might be
missing?
