In the information that we have received about the IBM TCP/IP for VM Release
1.2 product (5798-FAL) the following limitations are stated:-

The TELNET server supports 3270 mode only under VM/XA SP Release 1

Customer-written application programs that interface to IBM TCP/IP for VM
and are compiled using IBM C for system/370 (5713-AAH) do not operate under
VM/XA.


Has the TELNET restriction been removed under VM/XA SP Release 2 ?

What is the status of the C program offering 5713-AAH ? Is the above
restriction still true for this product ?
