Yes, the BSMTP does not include anything updated by hand (although it
does include things changed by INCLUDE/EXCLUDE subcomands).  So you
have a good point that the warning message should at least be changed.
That's easy.  Reflecting the actual manual changes might be a good
idea but will take a lot longer to do.
