I apologize if these questions have already been asked, but I've only recently
signed on to the list.

We are planning a fall implementation of NOTIS and now need to make rcommendati
ons concerning implementation of Keyword/Boolean searching.

Probably we would want to make every field searchable by keyword.  Has anyone l
imited it to specific fields?  If so, why and what is the effect?

Should it be necesssary for
