ISU is (still) looking for an experienced DOS/VSE, Assembler, and CICS
programmmer/analyst.  If they know PL1, SAS, VM, VTAM, and/or NOTIS, we
will be delighted.  But the only folks applying for the position seem to
be inexperienced recent graduates or PC people.  Is this a common
situation?  If not, where are you finding experienced people?  If you
are having the same problem, what are you doing ... hiring the graduate
and training him/her ... or?
