We are starting to wonder...if a patron has multiple sub-records, and
they receive a system block on one of the subrecords (i.e. they have
exceeded the maximum amount owed on one id), can they use their other
id to charge materials, or are all of their sub-records blocked?

A look at the manual shows me that the chapter that might deal with this
is not ready yet...
