I have a requirement to transfer a format library from MVS to VM.  I can't
find any reference in the Basics manual to how to create the equivalent of
a transport dataset to hold these things.  I suppose that one could use the
supplemental procedure FMTLIB to print them, then reconstruct them on the
other side, but is there a more official, easier way to do this?
