	   NEW YORK (UPI) -- The Lipper Analytical Services index of the 30
largest growth mutual funds Friday was 457.35, up 0.80 percent.
	This index is net asset value weighted and adjusted for capital
gains distributions and income dividends. It is based at 100 on Dec. 31,
1968.
