(1.18.74) USADollar The U-S dollar is a winner in Europe and against the yen in Tokyo. WallStreet Bargain hunters have powered Wall Street to a rally after five sessions of losses. The Dow Jones is AHEAD more than 47 points to 25-90 and a half. Big board winning issues overhwelmed losers by 11 to four after heavy trading of 190-Million shares. The rally was fueled by a rebound in bond prices after their steep January declines. TorontoStocks The Toronto Stock Exchange 300 is DOWN two and a half points to 37-04 and four-tenths after fairly active trading of 32-Million shares. Value of trading - 390-Million dollars.
