(84.10). That's DOWN two-tenths of a cent from yesterday's official
close (84.27).
	One American dollar costs just below one-dollar and 19 cents

	The U-S dollar closed mostly higher againsts its European
competitors.  It was up in Tokyo against the Japanese yen (144.95 yen). 
	
	WallStreet
