	(Trolleys)
	Edmonton is leasing 30 trolley buses to Toronto for three years,
while Toronto's transit system buys replacements to update its aging
fleet.  Two Edmonton buses are already making their way around Toronto,
and the reports say they're working just fine.
	
	(Campeau)
	The financially struggling Campeau empire has sold off its
three-building Elveden Centre in downtown Calgary for an estimated
27-Million dollars.  Campeau's two major American retailing divisions
have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy provisions to allow them time to
restructure.
	
	(Session)
	The spring session of the Alberta legislature gets underway on
March 8th.  New environmental laws and more protection for consumer
investments will be two issues on the agenda.
	
	(Senate)
	Alberta's intergovernmental affairs minister says Ottawa is
offering no promises to appoint Stan Waters to the upper chamber.  Last
fall, Albertans elected Waters to fill their empty Senate seat.  But the
province has come up empty handed again this week.
