	(HASTINGS COUNTY, Ontario)  A small, rural municipality in eastern
Ontario has declared itself unilingual.
	Hastings County has adopted the English-only stance just days after
the controvesial move by Sault Ste. Marie.  One of the local politicians
in Hastings County says they wanted to send a message to the Ontario
government that people are fed up with the cost of bilingualism.
	Hastings County is wedged between Lake Ontario and Algonquin Park.
