S P O R T S The Quebec Nordiques have named Robbie Ftorek (feh'-TORE'-ek) as assistant coach replacing Guy Lapointe who was fired yesterday. Ftorek had been coaching the Nordiques American Farm Team in Fredericton. He was fired at the end of last season as head coach of the Los Angeles Kings. Lapointe had been offered another job in the organization but turned it down.
