CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS, U.S.A., 1990 FEB 2 (NB) -- Lotus
Development has undertaken to present a nationwide program of
financial management seminars for small business owners in
conjunction with the Association of Small Business Development
Centers. The seminars will be held in 28 states starting this
month.

The programs will stress the use of Lotus 1-2-3 as a financial
management tool.

Those businesses wishing to participate in the seminars should
