CLASS is an expert system shell written in prolog (runs undr quintus, I think)
developed at the University of Auckland by John Hamer, John Hosking, and Rick
Muggeridge.  It is object oriented, and fits Clancy's "Heuristic
Classification" ideas very nicely.  The Building Research Association of New
Zealand (BRANZ) has used CLASS for several expert systems in the building
industry, mainly for checking a building against various building codes.
