I've uploaded a program I wrote to take trace files from KA9Q NOS
and decode Microsat telemetry data.

It can be found on tandem.com thru anonymous FTP.  The file is in
hamradio/utlmd.arc 

The program is pretty simple but does the job for DOVE, WEBERSAT, PACSAT 
and LUSAT.
