I am definately not qualified to write such a thing. But one thing came to mind: why TSR? why not device driver? Isn't that what a device driver does (intercept open/read/write/close to a device - in this case the file system)? I realize I'll probably be flamed for this, but so it goes, and provided the comments aren't to caustic, I'll learn something in the bargin.
