Can anybody help me locate Richard Koubek.  He did a PhD at Purdue University
(probably finished in 1987) studying three levels of performance: novice,
expert, and super-expert, to identify some of the differences in cognitive 
factors and behaviours.

I am interested in (1) reading his PhD and (2) whether he continued the
research.
