Message-ID: <9002030800.AA01182@ucbvax.Berkeley.EDU> Date: 2 Feb 90 08:23:47 GMT Sender: daemon@ucbvax.BERKELEY.EDU Reply-To: Organization: The Internet Lines: 16 I'm planning on running a BBS (under the shareware program WWIV for MS-DOS machines) and I'll be using a SupraModem 2400. I'm having problems with the DTR portion of the SupraModem... When the &D2 modem is selected for the modem, the BBS answers fine, until the TR light changes, causing the modem to disconnect. Putting on the other two modes (&D1 and &D3) does nothing, and the BBS program refuses to run. Also, data is not received by the BBS modem from a remote carrier in the other two modes. Does anyone have any suggestions for my next course of action? Please respond via mail, as I usually don't read this newsgroup regularly. Thanks! === Tom Claydon University of Alaska Anchorage
