Some time ago, I saved a message which allowed me to swap the escape
key and the ` key. Could somebody tell me how I may have shift-, and
shift-.  behave like < and >, respectively? Better yet, where can I
find documentation on how to program in e-lisp? I looked all over the
(GNU) emacs directory we have, but couldn't find it.
