I recently bought a VGA PC system.  I received a program to display
gif files on my vga, but it has a nasty tendency of blowing up
300 x 200 ( something like that ) into 640X480, which really
ruins the original image's quality.  What I'd like to know is
there source lying around to display files without expanding
images?
