It IS a commercial program, but not $400. You can get the 13 postscript fonts version for $199, the full 35 fonts version sells for $299. You can't only print all your postscript files, but you can also interactively write to the printer in postscript language, and try your own postscript routines. I learned a lot about postscript that way.
