VUIMAGE 2.0 has been submitted to comp.binaries.ibm.pc  and  to SIMTEL.

VUIMAGE(tm) (V2.0) GIF/TIFF Format Picture Displayer
 
GIF and TIFF monochrome (bilevel or grayscale) images can be displayed.
Zooming, panning and command line options are supported.

Main Features

    - super fast display of GIF files and bilevel/grayscale TIFF files
    - supports a variety of display types - CGA/Hercules/6300/DEB/EGA/MCGA/
      VGA/SuperVGA
    - excellent color rendition in all video modes
    - auto/manual scaling - automatically scale to full screen or
