I received a fair bit of mail giving advise or asking for summaries, and I have tired to reply to all of it, however, some mail did bounce back, and if I didn't get back to you this was the reason. Sorry. Anyway, after some effort I was able to get an official answer. In general, Borland prefers to provide online support in the open fourms on CIS, BIX, and so forth. But, if you would rather, you can send questions to 76703.764@compuserve.com. This address reaches Larry Kraft, he is Borland's online support administrator. He has promised to answer administrative questions, and to pass technical questions on to the proper technictions and to return their replies. Larry Kraft and Lizz Nellis (76701.251@compuserve.com) have both been very courtious and helpful, but the turn-around-time seems a little slow. I think this is, at lest in part, due to some flukes in the Internet/CIS link, but if you do decide to use this avenue you may have to wait a day or two for your answers. I hope this helps. Thanks again to everyone who mailed suggestions. -tom -- =============================================================================== webb@uhccux.uhcc.Hawaii.edu "The first duty in life is to assume a pose.
