In my experience, the support you get in the open forums is far better than you're likely to get from an email request - it usually comes from other than Borland employees, who often have more experience than the Borland folks. Somewhat like asking questions on Usenet, but CIS is much more PC oriented, so you get a wider audience for your questions.
