I am trying to create a new font by combining the built-in Courier font
and the IBM pc extended char font posted by Tim Clark, (T.Clark@warwick.ac.uk)

I moved the extended chars into their normal positions.  But, I'm having
trouble combining the two fonts.

I first copied the Courier font into a new dictionary.  

Surely, somebody has already done this and I just missed the posting.
