I don't know about the current version, but the version I last touched
offered just such a feature by you having "[nosave]" as a line by itself
in the message..

For example, if I wanted to drop you a note, archive the note, but not
archive the attached code, I could do something like:

	% elm david@wubios.wustl
	Subject: hi

	Enter message

	David,
		Here's that source you asked for.  Let me know
	if it works as you expect.

	~r source.archive

	.

would work fine.  Look for it in 'hdrs/defs.h'.
