I guess Mush is trying to lock it twice, and fails the second time. I used to solve that problem on earlier versions I used on a 4.3 BSD system, by hitting Ctrl-C and then Mush gave-up the lock effort and continued. Now, Mush complains about an interrupted system call (yes, that's what I've done), aborts and saves the letter in dead.letter . For those of you who wonder how can a person have a folder mentioned more than once, I'll put the blame on my aliases: I'm keeping my outgoing mail to certain people saved in folders according to their groups. When I mail to two people that are in the same group, I end up with the group's folder appearing twice in the recipients list. Is there a way for mush to avoid this ? Steed.
