I have a few questions about Minix that you might be able to answer. 1. Is there a large model C compiler and linker available for Minix? 2. Does Minix support virtual memory? 3. On a 386-machine, does Minix support memory above 1MB? 4. Does Minix support networking - or have provisions for writing a network handling server process? 5. On a 386-machine, does Minix use the memory protection mechanism that exists - so that if one process crasches, I won't have to reboot my machine? /* Peter Eriksson, (InterNet: pen@elinor.lysator.liu.se) */
