I think the problem is the databits, CM have 7 bits and BBS needs 8 bits, is there any way to manipulate CM? Well, first of all, the asynchronous communication in CM is not as good as the COM packages available for the COM0x-driver, but if you really want to run the CM, it is possible to run it on the most BBS's, by setting the line characteristics at 7 databits, 1 stopbit, and parity space. I know that it is possible some way, because I ran the CM with some BBS's before knowing what was going to be "standard" in the future. / Mikael -- Mikael Wahlgren - via FidoNet node 1:140/22 UUCP: alberta!dvinci!weyr!2!203!104.0!Mikael.Wahlgren Internet: Mikael.Wahlgren@p0.f104.n203.z2.FIDONET.ORG Standard Disclaimers Apply...
