I'm trying to find out the current status of the OSI Network
Management Framework (CMISE/CMIP). Are CMISE/CMIP now accepted
as a standard network management service element and protocol?

Do any of the following embrace CMISE/CMIP?

DEC DECmanage and Enterprsie Management Architecture (EMA)
HP OpenView
AT&T Accumaster Integrator
