How do you de-arc files from simtel20?
I retrieved some files of the form:
	EMACS15E.ARC.2
		     ^
		     |
		     What is this?

I am currently storing these files, retrieved tenex mode, in a UNIX system 
account, but would like to download the files for use on my PC (the files are
for the PC).  I know about arc, tar, compress (Z), zip...but what 
is _that_ number?

Can someone please help me....none of the files are ASCII text.
