As Leo McLaughlin posted a few days ago, both WIN/PC and PC/TCP are available
in versions which call DEC's DLL driver interface (as provided with PCSA
and DECnet/DOS).  As such, they bot should co-exist with the DEC software
without any problems, on any card the DEC software can use.
