Those of you who happen to use the NARC de-archiving utility may know what
I'm talking about.  I'm looking for the ARCHIVING "sister" program to narc,
namely idc-arc.exe (at least that's what it's called in the narc manual!)
Any info as to where I may obtain this program would be greatly appreciated!
