Get yourself in PROGRAM MODE by selecting MACROS-PROGRAM_MODE-ON with your mouse (or press right-amiga left-parenthesis). After that, select the OPERATION-BEEP_ VOLUME function with the mouse and a requestor will come up with the AREXX beep function in it. Delete this text and hit RETURN. Go back to PROGRAM_MODE-OFF and you're ready to go. The beep you will be left with sounds stupid, but no error. You can also choose volume 0 for an inaudible/visible beep. Don't forget to save the configuration by selecting VLT-SAVE_CONFIGURATION! Hope this helps out! // big@shumv1.ncsu.edu Alan Porter \X/ rap@cscaza.ncsu.edu Amiga Box 21536 NCSU / Raleigh, NC 27607 / (919) 737-6156
