The sheet you saw was for handout to students/teachers...so the dealer's fee
was left off, just like you don't see dealer's pricing in computer mags...
 
The dealer's fee isn't something that's paid from you, it's basically a
finder's fee paid to the dealer from Commodore.  I work for a local dealer,
and can tell you we don't make jack off these deals...but it gets more
machines out there!
