I want CHEAP. I of course want it to work at both 15.7 and 31kHz, but am concerned about flicker. I heard sony's don't do interlace right. do any other monitors have this problem. I've seen samsung1552<-? 's listed for 415 in computer shopper. are they good monitors? thanks
