Fully iconic, ] very intuitive. CompuServe has come up with an interface similar to this recently, but currently it only supports IBM (and maybe MAC) stuff. For Amiga users on CIS, there's WHAP! which can let you compose all your messages offline, mark which files you want to download, set up files to upload, check your mail, etc. Really nice graphic interface too.
