Does anyone know of any pub-domain GIF emulators besides IIGIF? also, does anyone know who wrote IIGIF and how hard it might be to change a few things. For example, The ability to select more than 9 views of the picture, by zooming? You see, I'm want to print out pictures by zooming in and then pasting the pictures together. The problems are: 1) IIGIF does not provide for printing; a ctrl-reset does not boot the disk 2) There are parts of some high-resolution pictures that I cannot zoom in to. There are no ways to select between horizontal center and right. 3) a 600x300 image, for example, can only be display one way in DHR b&w. There is no option to display the upper left corner, for ex., cutting off the right 40 lines and the bottom 108; IIGIF just takes out a few lines here and there and shows the slightly-warped image. Any ideas to any (or all) of these propositions? I admit IIGIF is an excellent program; I want MORE! Steve Roth, USER6S95@ub.cc.umich.edu
