In any case, you can add the IIGS to your system as you can afford them. However, if your goal is to get each kid his own computer, the IIe is the only way to fly. Forget that the Macintosh exists. There's probably no educational software mentioning for the Mac because it's so f*cking expensive that 99% of schools can't afford sufficient quantities.
