	Has anyone from the UK (or the rest of Europe), FTP'd PROG_A16 if so
how do you accomplish this? I appear to be able to get to earn-relay (UK),
although not the request for a password. I can also successfully ftp via
JANET using hhcp, although I am not sure this is true ftp.
