You do not need a ROM upgrade. For rev B controller board, change the jumpers to EBCH. For rev C controller board, change the jumpers to EBCD. The third jumper (C) flags whether the internal floppy is present and may be different. The C setting flags that the floppy IS present. I have done this on 2 9133Ds with good success. One of them died when my scrap ST-4051 died, but that's the breaks. Spare ST-4051s are hard to find. If you find any, please email me the specifics as I need to replace a dead one.
