I am looking for information on VGA software. I would like to use my
ATI wondercard in 640x400 256 color mode. The only drivers they supply
are for specific packages like AutoCad. I want to find a library of
graphics primitives (line, polygon, fill, setColor, bit blitting,
etc.) which I could call from a C program.

Does any such thing exist?
