The two parts I haven't decided on yet are the UPS and the modem. Configuration looks like: Looking_Glass: 25Mhz '386, 16Meg, Adaptect 1542 SCSI w/Maxtor 4380S Wonderland: 16Mhz '386, 1Meg, Adaptect 2372C w/Micropolis 1335 and ST-277R. The power here is a little flaky, 1-2 5-10 minute interuptions a week or so. I want a UPS that will smooth spikes, and provide ~10 minutes power for both boxes (and drives). Any recommendations? Also, I'm in the market for a 2400 Baud external modem. What's hot these days? Thanks! P.S. The budget is a little tight, so I'd rather have a lower price than nifty features. Alan M.
