Because the advertised price was hard to ignore and because a lot of people have been saying about their sweet experience with Gateway 2000, I am more than serious in making a deal with them. The result is that I could not get through their gatekeepers! Everytime I called (more than 4 times), I was promised to have a callback, which was not realized! I understand that by doing so, they can save their phone cost, but still I am waiting here. Are they HOT enough to begin to disregard future customers?
