Is there (yet) a "real" i860 compiler for any of the following languages: C Fortran (/4, 77, 8x, whatever) Pascal? a. If a compiler exists, has anybody run some generic number-crunching code yet? (ie: not hand-written i860 assembly, or other "pro-i860" benchmarking code.) 2. What machines (besides the iPSC) have a(n) i860(s)? 3. What machines can have an i860 via a plug-in compatibility board? -- J. Eric Townsend University of Houston Dept. of Mathematics jet@karazm.math.uh.edu Skate UNIX(tm).
