Those of you who have a Toshiba 1200H (harddisk but no backlighting). How long is your battery life under what conditions? I currently have a 1200F (2 floppies) because battery life for my applications is very important. However, I am going to need a harddisk for the next stage of my research, so would like to add one and would like to know what others have gotten performance wise. 2. Does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade the 1200F to 1.44 Meg floppies from 720? I figure that this would require a new controler, and wonder if any 3rd parties are considering this. (Are you listening Axonix??) Thanks. Mark Ritchie markxx@garnet.berkeley.edu
