I'm using Word to make A5-sized (148 x 210 mm) manuals
(earlier I was going to use PageMaker, but currently there's
no way to get indexing in PageMaker, acc. to Aldus) and I'd
like to have crop marks on every page to make it easy for the printers
to see where to cut.

Is there a way to do this, perhaps with some kind of PostScript
instruction?
