I bought 2 meg from Technology Works (800-622-2210). The SIMMs were packaged in one of those static proof plastic tubes along with a long torque wrench and a spiral bound instruction booklet all inside a shrinked wrapped box. The instructions (with lots of easy to understand diagrams) were very complete for each of the various Macintoshes and possible memory configurations. I paid $80 per meg + $10 shipping. No credit card surcharge. The memory comes with a lifetime warranty. I didn't need any other tools to do the installation. Erik Kilk
