I just installed system 6.0.4 on my 1987 SE. These SE's had a bug in the
ROMs, which turned off the motor of the upper drive during reading and
writing causing these accesses to be considerably slower than the lower
drive. In the past systems, there use to be a patch to correct this,
however, system 6.0.4 does NOT have it!

Any ideas?
